Taiwan Accuses Chinese language Apple Provider Luxshare of Stealing Secrets and techniques, Fees 14 Folks


Taiwanese prosecutors on Friday accused a Chinese language Apple provider of stealing business secrets and techniques from a Taiwanese provider and poaching its workforce to win orders from the US firm, saying it had charged 14 individuals.

Taiwan has been stepping up efforts to cease what it views as underhand and unlawful actions by Chinese language corporations to steal know-how and poach away expertise in what Taipei’s authorities views as a risk to the island’s tech prowess.

Prosecutors in New Taipei stated after a year-and-a-half investigation they’d discovered that China’s Luxshare Precision Business had focused Taiwanese competitor Catcher Know-how “with a view to rapidly enter the Apple manufacturing chain to win orders.”
